Any legal services will be contractually framed by a fee agreement between the law office and the client.
In accordance with Article 11.2 of Paris’s Bar professional regulations (Règlement intérieur du Barreau de Paris), fees are calculated on an hourly basis depending on the type and difficulty of the case, the experience and expertise of the intervening lawyer, the complexity and the technicality of the case, the case’s cost impact on the law office, the financial situation of the client, the possible favorable and potential outcomes of case, the time spent on the case and time dedicated to legal researches.

LeGan Avocats has been committed in long-run pro bono actions. The firms also commits in facilitating access to law and legal procedures for the less well off.
LeGan Avocats regularly attend free public consultations dedicated to housing law, organized by the Paris bar association (Ordre du barreau de Paris). LeGan Avocats may accept pro bone cases in the framework of legal aid.
Every year, LeGan avocats welcomes 8th grade interns from a priority education zone in Corbeil Essonne.
